SEDAR Filing

The process is simple! Just email the documents you require to be filed in PDF format (We can also accept Word and Excel files) and we will send you a confirmation that we have received the document(s). Once we have completed the filing, you will receive a confirmation of Sedar filing for your records.
We will look after all your Continuous Disclosure Documents, such as interim and annual financial statements and AGM and proxy materials, in addition to any "Event Driven Filings" such as news releases, material change reports and prospectus filings.

SEDI (Insider Reporting)

SEDI is an electronic system for the filing of insider trading reports. GCS Filing Services can help you in the following ways:

Set up a company on the SEDI system with an Issuer Profile
Assist individuals who are insiders of an Issuer set up their Insider Profile and obtain their access key so they can submit insider reports
Assist with the preparation of insider reports and file them on behalf of the insider if requested
